Hey, I’m Calida!
I’ve been photographing weddings for over 10 years, and there’s still something pretty damn special about watching two people choose each other forever.
I’m a sucker for a good rom com, and I genuinely believe your wedding day deserves that same main character energy. The butterflies, the big kiss, the ridiculous laughs, the little glances across the room and that holy crap, we’re actually married! moment.
I love capturing couples who want to actually live their wedding day, not spend it worrying about posing, timelines or whether everything looks perfect.
Think of me as an extension of your bridal party. I’ll guide you when you need me, hype you up, probably shed a tear behind my camera and make sure you have space to simply soak it all in.
Because this is your love story. Your rom com. Your main character moment.
And years from now, I don’t just want you to remember what your wedding looked like.

On the day, Calida was so patient with us - it felt more like we had a friend taking photos which helped us to relax and enjoy the day. The photos are absolutely perfect! She chose the best locations, knew where to stand for the best lighting and even managed to get those special moments where we were just being our goofy selves.

By the time your wedding day arrives, I don’t want to feel like your photographer. I want to feel like part of the crew. Your hype girl, calm in the chaos, professional third wheel and, very possibly, someone busting a move on the dance floor with you!
